Linda led the Epic implementation cutover team for 4 hospitals, over 100 clinics, more than 120 hospital outpatient departments and approximately 15 Epic inpatient/ambulatory and administrative modules affecting departments across the enterprise. She used her expertise to bring the right hospital departments together at the right time to develop a detailed cutover plan for our successful go live…….she was one of the project leaders who toured the hospital departments to troubleshoot issues and provide immediate clinical system assistance.
